We’ve partnered with fellow NCW vendors Darjon Vineyard and Catered Affair to bring you our Winter Elopement Package. Elope away in the warmth of the inside area, and have your photos taken outside – if you dare!
You can even upgrade to an inside picnic!
How it works
Once you’ve booked your Winter Elopement Package with us, coordinator Kineta Booker will get the ball rolling for you, introducing you to all your vendors. Meris from Darjon, an available NCW photographer, Sheree from Catered Affair, and Natalie from Unic Picnic to chat about the style and colours you’d like for the picnic – if you choose to upgrade with an inside picnic.

Pricing
Approx $1699
The cost includes:
– venue
– celebrant
– photography (one hour)
– grazing platter
– elopement coordinator
(Price does not include marriage licence/certificate. There is also an option for upgrading the elopement to a micro wedding. Just ask!)

Swannanoa-based Darjon Vineyard is the most beautiful rustic vineyard for your winter elopement. The team believes in excellence in everything they do and hosting beautiful stress-free weddings and elopements.
THE DETAILS:
- maximum of 10 adult guests (anymore and it becomes a Micro Wedding)
- personalised ceremony (Kineta will help you write your vows)
- elopement certificate with your witnesses signatures on it
- photos during ceremony
- up to 1 hour of photos onsite (this includes the ceremony)
- a sneak-peek of images within two business days of your elopement
- full online gallery with free downloads of your elopement images
